Refund policy
At ND Jewellery, each piece is handcrafted in-house by our local artisans of Jaipur. These exceptional artists come from families that have been handcrafting jewellery for generations.
Before dispatching and shipping, each piece of jewelry undergoes multiple quality checks to ensure you only receive the best products. All our jewellery is handcrafted in brass. Some pieces contain quality kundan stones too.
Since each piece of jewellery is created by hand, they may have slight irregularities or imperfections, a uniqueness we celebrate in each product.
We do not offer any returns, refunds or exchange.
Exchange will ONLY be considered in the following scenarios:
- You have received an incorrect product, or
- You have received a product that has been damaged
Here's the process to initiate exchanges:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product
- Click proper pictures/videos of the product that showcase the issue
- Keep the original packing and bill of the product intact
Once we receive the returned product/s, our team will perform quality checks, post which the exchange will be initiated.
The exchanged item should reach you within 7-10 days, from the date of initiation.
